The country house has an area of about
300 sq. meters besides porches and
terraces of 80 sq. meters, and is divided
into two independent but connected
blocks that are on two f loors, plus a third
mid-level, and is composed as follows:
Ground f loor: large, covered porch, living
room facing the lake with panoramic
balcony, dining area with kitchen corner
and ancient well, bathroom and boiler
room fueled by gpl gas; First f loor: bright
dining room with kitchen area, connected
by a recovered ancient stone staircase
going to the living room on the ground
floor and exit to the terrace from where a
wonderful view of the lake can be
enjoyed,
and the sleeping area
comprising a double bedroom with en
suite bathroom and balcony towards the
lake, lobby and another bedroom with
bathroom; Second floor: master bedroom
with large window overlooking the lake,
closet and attic; a double garage of about
60 m. with automated shutters in the
basement. The garden, where the
country house is found, is about 1700 sq.
metres and has been carefully arranged
and fenced with dry-stone walls,
skilfully planted and equipped with an
irrigation system that uses water from a
natural spring, thanks to a collection
system. A product of rare beauty, both
for the external views that allow one to
fully enjoy the house with the ambient of
the lake, for the rare attention of details
that is perceived even in the furnishings
that makes the room welcoming and
homely.
