Lake Maggiore
is known because of its Mediterranean climate. With around 300 days of
sunshine a year, you can take advantage of all 4 seasons. Thanks to its
geographical position, the spring starts in advance respects of the regions in the
north of the Alps. Summer is characterized by mild temperatures and a
constant refreshing breeze that makes the heat more bearable. Also the autumn
weather is mild and sunny and is characterized both for its pleasant climate
and both for the colorful breathtaking landscapes typical of this season. Thanks
to the Alpine chain that blocks the cold from the north, winter maintains
medium temperatures.
