The villa, built in 1975, has been recently
restructured. All the systems are very
updated, with video plant and remote
control, blinded windows and all the modern
technologies. The ground floor comprises a
large living room with fireplace and TV
zone, that looks onto a terrace, kitchen, two
bedrooms for guests, each with private
bathroom. The entire first floor is occupied
by the main bedroom, with closet, TV room,
private bathroom and terrace looking onto
the pool. Another spacious room completes
the f loor. In the basement there is the
billiard room, another spacious living room
with fireplace, with windows towards the
inside of the pool, wine cellar, two guests'
rooms with private bathrooms, sauna and
Jacuzzi. The service zone is comprised of a
bedroom and bathroom, laundry and
technical rooms for the heating and the pool.
All the details and the finishes have been
accurately chosen, some of which especially
designed for the house. The bathrooms are
all in marble.
