The main villa is built on three floors
above earth and a basement, used as
cellars and boiler room. On the ground
floor, a spacious entrance that leads to a
double hall, habitable kitchen, dining
room, pantry, sitting room and two
bathrooms. On the first f loor there is the
night zone with six bedrooms, two of
which with private bathrooms, other two
bathrooms and two large terraces with
view of lake. On the second floor, five
large bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry
and ironing room. The villa, originally of
the mid-1800s, was completely renovated
in the 1930-1940s. Recently the services
have been renewed, the systems, and the
external façades have been restored.
Inside the property is also the custodian's
home of a surface of approximately 100
m2., comprising living room with cooking
corner, two bedrooms, storage room and
bathroom.
