The villa is spread on 3 f loors. It has a
well cared for garden of 1,300 m2. On
the ground floor there is a double garage,
a room that could be used as a tavern, a
bedroom with a bathroom, with access to
the garden and lake view, a large,
completely furnished veranda, a spacious
porch overlooking the garden and the
lake, and a boiler room. All the f loorings
on this floor are in Tuscan terracotta.
The 1st f loor has an entrance, a large
living room with sliding glass doors of 8
metres that go out onto a large terrace
with view of the lake view and the
Borromean Islands. In the living room
there is a large fireplace of the 1700’s. A
large kitchen opens to the terrace, master
bedroom with wardrobe and large en
suite bathroom, another bedroom and
private bathroom. On the 2nd f loor, a
large bedroom with balcony. On the top
floor there is an attic that can be used as
a storage room, a closet and bedroom
with private bathroom, and access to a
tiled terrace.
