The villa has been renovated recently,
preserving the characteristics of the period
of construction, but renewing all the
technological systems. On the ground f loor
there is an entrance hall which provides
access to the living room with a fireplace
and the lounge, the dining room, which, like
the living room, overlooks the lake, a guest
bathroom and the kitchen with pantry. The
sleeping area on the first f loor has five
bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the
second f loor, in the attic, there is a living
room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In
the basement there is a fitness area with a
bathroom with Jacuzzi, as well as the
technical rooms. To complete the property
there are greenhouses which can be
transformed into a guest house or a house
for the staff. All the f loors are connected by
the lift, particular care has been given to the
f loorings which are in parquet, marble and
onyx. The heating system is divided into
independent zones. The villa and the
grounds are in perfect condition.
