The villa consists of a basement
comprising a tavern with a fireplace,
kitchen, laundry, bathroom and double
garage. On the raised ground floor there
is the main entrance, kitchen, dining
room and guest bathroom. On the first
floor there is a large living room with a
fireplace with marble flooring and
marble columns, a guest bathroom, study,
master bedroom with en suite bathroom
and dressing room. Upstairs there are
three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a
large living room,
bedroom and
bathroom. The villa is built around three
central circular white granite staircases
with a large central skylight with
cathedral-type glass. All exterior fittings
are equipped with double glass, the
external glass is shatterproof. To finish
the villa, the interior doors and the
bathroom fixtures have to be installed
and the parquet marquetry is to be
inlayed on the granite steps of the
staircase.
